Yep it makes you feel good, but it's only for the moment, once you are off if it's back to the same ol situation again on top off that nothing has changed it's the same ol situation. The only solution is to fight your fears head on, but of course sort out the interior issues first preferably seek spiritual help or go see a psychologist. it's good you've identified your problem but now action is required and slowly but surely you'll see the changes. In this life, I realised in life running away from problems didn't do shyt for me in fact the problems were still there and shyt got worse.
