All I'm saying (and this is a fact) is that snow and freezing weather are factors in reductions in crime

We would not have a 11 day streak in spring/summer with so many people outside at night time

Breh we had a 9 day stretch of no murders last summer and a 3 day stretch of no shootings in that same summer.



My point is it has nothing to do with the weather. Its the climate of NYC, there are very few bonafide slums here anymore.


East New York and East Flatbush are targetted for gentrification next breh.
