The "no teams" statement is definitely the most important part of the thread. It wasn't standard practice for the whole league, but if you say something never happened and somebody can show even one example disproving your point, you fail. He was asked to give examples, and multiple were given.

Even the original article where the "no teams" quote came from had to be edited to fit that fact in. Because that's important.

It doesn't change the point of the thread. Of course the original article was updated, that's standard practice.
