I'd likely sleep like a baby. Most folks can't sit with their own thoughts. Look at some of da old COVID-19 threads of '20. Quite a few of y'all nikkas were on da verge of suicide due to not being able to interact with others.

See that is the thing, i know nada bout this room, so this just what im assuming, but i think the final form of this room is its ability to filter out any kind of outside noise, including white noise.
U would never realize it but none of us who havent been in a room like this one has ever experienced silence on that scale.
We so accustomed to our environment the majority of noises are ones so subtle we dont even register them. They would only be significant in the absence of all outside noise both natural and man made.
The wind, cars, birds, insects, appliances, even the pipes and wires in the house.
This just my theory but i would be interested to learn the mechanics for myself to see how on point i am here if any.

...i don't think you all appreciate how silent that room is. It absorbs sound. Its not just quiet...sound waves can't TRAVEL or bounce off of anything efficiently so you just hear the noise your body makes...internally. It has to be maddening.
