just recently got back into PC gaming after 15 or so years off

i gotta say im very impressed with Steam, pricing, and selection of games. I loved my ps3 but now im in no rush to go to next gen. The only downside is the hardware upgrades (if you have to have ultra settings for every new game out) and the large majority of pc gamers are @ssholes and/or social disasters. So its tough to communicate in online games or ask them any technical questions.

The appeal of PC gaming is really only for hardcore/semi-hardcore gamers. If you just want to boot up some shyt and play for a little while (aka casual gamer), the console appeals more.

I'm in the PC camp, mostly because I generally prefer single-player games and partially because I can get some games for free

grand theft auto will be out later this year

but the opposite isnt true for PC.. the most popular games on PC arent on console
