I was born in the 80s and I dont remember nothing about the 80s. Most of my childhood memories come from the 90s. Im glad they skipped the 90s nostalgia bc it would really make me feel 
I'm caught between this type of thinking. It was awesome. Yes. But it's over. Let it go.
The people in media know this new age shyt is garbage. Thats why the 90s wont die.
Even the last dance was centered around a 90s team..
Aside from the 2000s lakers, no other modern team will have that nostalgia..

- In the 2000s, 80s culture was all the rage
- In the 2010s, 90s culture was all the rage
- In the 2020s, 2000s culture is probably gonna be all the rage

So blessed to be born in 81. I turned 9 in 90 and 18 in 99. My entire adolescence was in the 90s

‘93 till... baby here and my earliest recollection of the 90’s started about ‘97/‘98. Whatever my older sisters were into is what I remember. Spice Girls, Dru Hill, DMX, Lil Kim, 7th Heaven, Jerry Springer, Real World/Road Rules, Jenny Jones etc. I’m thankful I got a piece of the GOAT decade.
Makes me sad lowkey that we’re drawing farther and farther away from that period. I try not to get caught up into that though and be one of them nikkas that is stuck in the past.
