I been on hip hop message boards for 15 years. Used to be the places to discover music both new and old. Message board nikkas caught wave first underground or mainstream. Like we literally had the music first. I guess over the years the average age of posters has increased, gotten old and people looking for music have other avenues and forums. That's why I'm so baffled by cats being pleased that they don't know about these artists.

None of these dudes I even like but I've heard some songs etc. But very every Vert and Carti I ain't feeling down the line there will be a Abra, Thug etc. I'm into new shyt period. But especially music. Especially the genre I know most intimately.
