its more that its OUT the WAY for anybody who aint DIRT POOR-- To give just one example-- The ppl in ATL getin money live in buckhead/or out EAST, North ATL ( Cobb), or Way South (Fayetteville ex TIP) Then most of the shopping/club/nightlife are everywhere BUT the west side (my best friend grew up in Allen Temple) -- To this day HE DONT EVEN GO there- because all his family done moved
