Their last album is really the only disappointing album that they've had since 2000.
I definitely think Kanye's catalog is a bit overstated. Graduation had undeniable impact on music in general but it's not really a good album. Same with 808s. I also think Dark Fantasy is a bit overrated due to how scatterbrained it is in terms of features. Yeezus is better IMO.
