Not only does no one know when the next gen consoles are coming, it's stupid to not expect another extended cross gen period that'll go beyond half way into next gen with how expensive games are to make these days.

There’s really no reason to keep games held hostage on one generation of hardware anymore.

Man, I was blown away by the Demon Souls Remake when that came out. It still looks good. It seems like games coming out these next few years are taking advantage of these engines and hardware fully. Problem is it's 5-7 years in.

All the biggest multiplayer games today can still be played on PS4/Xbone.

Only ones i know of are Warframe and Destiny 2..The First Descendant,Nexon stopped support for those versions last month(they wanted to improve the "jiggle physics" on the female characters was one of the reasons why )
As for Delta Force,owners of those consoles who are expecting versions for them MIGHT be out of luck(supposedly last gen support may still be coming,just not at same time as the XBSX/PS5 versions..only compromise is that they won't get the Black Hawk Down campaign)
