Why is the site like this anyway?

Forum is heavily customized and our server people suspected that an add-on was bottle necking the site during high traffic. So we had to shut some on/off test & what not. Then holla at the devs of the add-ons thats causing issues to get them know to get them updated/fixed.

shyt will be back to normal soon.

Supporter banners taken off.


Ads are now in the middle of threads between posts.

Search function not working properly.

Can't click on the total number of posts to see how many posts by each user.

This forum fukking sucks right now.

How do you think the growing costs of the site are paid for? If you're a supporter, when you get your banner back you won't see it. Just scroll past it like I do, its not that serious fam.

Search index containin 20+ million posts needs to be rebuilt, so the board will need to be shut down. Doesn't make sense to shut it down to do that during the playoffs and all these other sporting events. It can wait. For now use Google like i do.

C'mon brehs, this forum is a godsend despite the glitches as of late. I donated, and didnt want a shirt. Just glad this site exists to help get me through a day at the office. I appreciate the Coli. Appreciate the music, discussions, different points of view, etc..

Crazy thing is, I think it has the potential to get bigger. We've past by the other forums as it pertains to numbers, right?

We don't like havin everything turned off either, but its necessary to get shyt fixed correctly so that it doesnt happen in the future. We just added a 3rd server a month ago. We could go add another and another but if an add-on is whats bottlenecking shyt then adding more servers isn't gonna do anything.
