Not quite, cuz we should be sitting at 7-5 right now (Giants & Tennessee games)

That's how I felt the last couple years he was in AZ.Shyt would feel like it was on a downward spiral, but then he'd somehow squeeze out 8-8.

Even tho it felt like a 3-13 season, you'd end up 8-8.Guess that says something positive about him as a coach.It's some quirky math on that guy.

Man I was sittin' at work thinking about this team. With how this team is constructed, what could Licht or whoever is in charge do to fix it?

Looking at the roster, we got like a 100 mil in cap space, but in reality a good chunk of it is gonna be gone due to:

- defensive line (Shaq, JPP, Suh, and ole boy who we got last year from Cleveland are all FAs)
- Jameis and whatever we give him if he comes back, hopefully something in the 25-27 range since I think he's making 21-22 this year
- Godwin will prolly get locked up and he might make some good money next year

and we still need a Safety, possibly a corner, a pass rusher, DT, and a new tackle to replace Dotson

I don't wanna get my hopes up, but this team ain't that far from competing, honestly if the running game gets better to the point to where it's middle of the road, then that will help Jameis if we keep him and bring his turnovers down some, cause he wouldn't have to throw it 40-45 times a game.

The defense is close, they're a pass rusher and a ball-hawking safety away from being an actual real good unit, hopefully Evans can come back cause he was looking like that guy before the injury.

Yea we definitely need a top flite right tackle and safety from the draft this year, I'd take another corner too for depth purposes...maybe another LT for depth and then I'll feel good about next year

We're out of the playoffs because the bytch ass Lions lost this past weekend. I'm going to be upset if we go 9-7, but the Cowboys or Eagles make it in going 8-8 or 7-9.

We have Lions, Texans and Falcons left. We'll play up to the Texans and beat them, but lose to one of the shyttier teams...probably the Lions because fukk the Falcons

It starts with fixing the run game which means fixing our issues at tackle...I truly believe giving jameis a consistent run game will transform him to his redshirt freshmen year at FSU...I also hope Todd Bowles stays on another year to get the defense right

I'm starting to come around to if Schreff makes it to FA, throw him the bag and use the first round pick to either go pass rusher or safety. I think we might be out of range to draft one of the better tackles, but if one falls, I wouldn't be mad at drafting one.
