Hell nobody really saying they'd take Jameis over prime Brady, but it's Brady at 43-44 for 2 years and having to do this all over again over Jameis for cheaper and could use that money to fix the o-line and the run game.

We had to trade like 2 1st round round picks and 2 2nd round picks to get Gruden and then Gruden kept signing stop gap QBs instead of drafting and developing one, so the immediate team wasn't affected but losing those picks set us back a good while
