lol how are those problems?Capcom will keep making minor adjustments and patches with nerfs/buffs. Several people such as Seth Killian and Christian "Sven" Svensson who people respected have left Capcom. They were seen as quasi-insiders who fought for the people and tried to represent the fighting game community as best they could (if you think things were bad, it might get worse without those guys so vocally fighting for us). Street Fighter 4 was seen as a "big risk" and Capcom was almost willing to let Street Fighter die with the 3rd Strike series. So 5 years of Ultra Street Fighter 4 it is. Some players in Japan are already bored with the 4-series and I know I won't play this game for 5 years. I play Super Turbo 2 and Hyper Fighting even after all these years. The 4-series has major problems: unblockables and the vortex heavy characters (who are generally the best characters by far).
A new Darkstalkers, Marvel, and TKxSF will drop between now and then anyways. You won't even notice the wait.

People jokingly called the Street Fighter 4 series "Vortex Fighter 4." The ability to make complete dominant comebacks after just 1 hard knock down seriously skews the tier lists. Guess right a few times, dizzy and kill. Current Korean champion Infiltration is good with any character but even at the expert level, against fellow pros he pretty much wins any game in which he gets more than a couple hard knock downs in a round (uses Akuma). So Capcom will nerf Akuma a little in Ultra Street Fighter 4 (but much of his shenanigans will continue). If your character has no unblockable set ups and lacks a vortex, you can't sustain pressure on people to just blow them out. You have to win with more effort and fundamentals: footsies, poking and better punishes/guesses. Vortex characters can play like garbage for most of the round, set you up in a pattern and it's over. Even Infiltration got beat by K-Brad's Cammy because with a few good set ups, even Infiltration couldn't do anything but get blown up. While Infiltration has since beaten K-Brad back, you see that even at an expert level, these shenanigans are deadly. So at the casual/scrub level, get a few of these tricks down and you'll never lose. Even pros have trouble countering it.
