I've had to poop once or twice while i was taking a shower.
What i did was get my wet naked ass out the shower and sit on the toilet. its porcelain its designed to get wet, why would you do what they showed in the OP?
You can take a shyt soaking wet. no need to hold your poop in your hand, only problem is the toilet paper will disintegrate in your hand if you try to wipe with dripping wet hands, so have to hop back in the shower and wash your booty again instead of wiping.

I agree that both practices are nasty and these people need to be shamed. But peeing in the shower isn't in the same stratosphere as what is depicted in the op.
Urine is like 95% water, the sht you're scrubbing off your skin is more disgusting than urine. As long as you clean your tub regularly I have no issues.
I find out you shyt in your shower I don't even wanna associate with you
