Excellent questionat exactly WHAT?

Excellent questionat exactly WHAT?

Artistically yea.
When that new kendrick drops drake will be somewhere feeling like he put out a weed plateMainstream got their claws way to deep into drake, he ain't worried about nothing artistically speaking, especially Kendrick. Drake is the type he can bag pieces of shyt and it will sell, until people finally have enough of him, then he can make good music and it will still flop. Kendrick to me can put out good material but it will never be to Drakes level of success, you need to sell your soul to the devil for that and I dont think hes about that life. Kendrick > Drake, but I highly doubt Drake is worried about anyone right now let alone K
Just agree to disagree nikka

better than Big. and you stuck in the 90s cats know this. K-dot the goat
edit: troll post for your neg-happy hoes
Again... agree to disagreenah, this shyt wasnt crazy. ya'll just eating his dikk. he didnt really say much cut it out.

Every album kendrick has ever done is better then every album drake has ever done, ultimately. You realize maad city was a dope album and Drake outsold what it did in 5 weeks in just 8 hours right?
My guess is when Kendrick drops, Drake will be sleeping lol

We are music fans not ceos so making it a popularity contest is pointless when we aren't seeing a dime and mostly cacs bought the album
Drake sales wise isn't nervous but these guys are artists ultimately. You'd have to be one to understand. When someone's project is a sonically better experience and is your competitor you can win the popularity contest and still feel like a loserAh yes but you stated Drake is nervous... that was my only reply. Drake isn't nervous for shyt. I can name 5 rappers better then Drake out right now, but I am also smart enough to realize they dont make him nervous. Thats why I said mainstream got their claws in him, they are going to leech off him and once they done, the tides will turn on him. I never disagreed with Kendrick being better then Drake, cause I agree with that 100% ;)

I believe he's a good rapper and he wants his name to be mentioned with legends. To me this means he cares about his art and really feels he's killing shyt lyrically. Great albums have the potential to shift the sound of the cukture. Kendrick is the only hiphop lyricist of the new generation in the mainstream right now and as the icon for traditionalists he's a direct rival to drake artistically and Drake knows this.I agree and if we were talking about nas, fab or someone we think cares about their craft I would agree even more. But something tells me Drake could give 2 shyts about that. When was the last time Drake dropped a song where you listened to the words and said "wow...." No lie to me, the only time I can recall me thinking "hmm drake is pretty good" was Forever in 09? He has had some good songs no doubt, not hating on him but I just don't get it, people talk about him like a rap god. It''s easy to confuse album sales with skill. I honestly don't think Drake cares about his competition artistically, if his sales dropped then maybe but people are too busy buying up his garbage.
Look at his recent mixtape thread here on the coli, the night it dropped read the first 4-5 pages, people were like OOOOH MY!! WOOOWW DRAKE!! DRAKE KILLED!! BEST MIXTAPE 15...read the replies from a day or 2 later, and the truth comes out, shyt was average AT BEST... but even the coli falls for the drake hype lol
