The man charged with killing Minnesota Vikings star running back Adrian Peterson's 2-year-old son last year has been arrested in a kidnapping and assault while out on bond.
Accused killer Joseph Robert Patterson, 28, of Sioux Falls is now being held on a $1 million cash-only bond after allegedly kidnapping and attacking the slain boy's mother at her apartment early Tuesday.
Patterson, who has a history of domestic incidents, had been free on $750,000 bond after being charged in Tyrese Peterson's tragic death in October 2013.
He was ordered to stay away from the boy's mother, whom he was living with at the time of the boy's death, as well as anyone else in her family.

The judge who gave him bond should be charged as an accessory before the fact

Most studies actually say that there's litlle difference between a black and a white person when it comes to sentencing, and that the true disparity only occurs when the person is darker and blacker. There are other factors to consider which also matter like the fact 1) the victim is a child and 2) he was beaten horribly. The victim's age and nature of death will probably influence the case more than the fact he's half black. Why don't we wait for the damn verdict before damning the system
