Don't know shyt about this show for hbo, but I'm familiar with their podcast, seems pretty dumb to put them in a Friday night slot when their demographic is that who wouldn't be in front of their tv's on a Friday night

To compare. Any Given Wednesday ( bill simmons) was around 362,000 in the same demographic before it cratered.
Bill had a huge deal tho. So they expected more and besides he was signed not just for that show but for other things.
Now I doubt these birds got anything close to what Bill got. So I don’t think realistically hbo can think these no names will pull huge numbers off rip.
Can someone please tell me what is up with this? Almost every I commercial I see now features a black woman with a white man.

I know black women are eating it up but does anyone know the purpose. I'm guessing like everything else it's to get black women to resent black men. But why now?

Premium channel ratings shouldn't be compared to commercial channel ratings. You also have to look at the differences between a special vs. series. It's 4 specials.
HBO renewed that show High Maintenance and it averages the same. The Room 104 show too. They're fine.

To be honest with you I am happy for Black women that are swirling, because those are typically some bitter bytches. So if getting with a White dude will make those chicks happy then good for them.
On another note Black men have a right to seek happiness too and they don't need no bitter bytches to be coming with the negativity.
