Instead, she was ordered to remain on parole for at least 14 years. She was required to wear an ankle monitor, not leave the state without permission and be subject to random checks from parole officers.
A bunch of people are on Parole for that amount of time. The difference is they aren't checked on like that.
I knew a guy like this. They never checked on him. He did something and got caught.
That is completely ridiculous. How could you even be on parole for 14 years?
Then if you are freed from your past crime, why not just charge her with what shes been caught with this time?
During one of those checks, on Dec. 3, 2021, Martin was at her apartment with two men. Parole officers, along with Middletown, Ohio, police, conducted a search of the apartment that turned up 26 grams of cocaine, 45 grams of marijuana and two firearms, according to police records. Martin and the two men were taken into custody.
There are no words
"But while Martin was freed from prison, DeWine did not grant her full clemency. Instead, she was ordered to remain on parole for at least 14 years"
What a fukking trap![]()
Yea them bytch ass nikkas should've taken the charges...told the cops she knew nothing of it but they probably had all that work sitting out instead of stashed or in a safe. These details seem suspect.
Likely the drugs & guns belongs to the guys
But 14yrs of probation ??
That's insane
This should definitely be a new charge entirely
People think it's easy to just get out of jail and go on with normal life.. likely the options are working Doordash type jobs if she can get a car
Shame
I think the high profile case made them cacs angry that she got out and couldn't wait to jam her up again .
