Bad management, they should have never ran Haurbough out of town, they deserve to lose this season. Kapernick just hasn't improved since his first season, he makes the same mistakes and cant find his big play receivers.. They had randy moss and this dude couldn't find him, he got VD traded and lost them the NFC championship game.. They should trade him while he is still worth something

But hey even McNabb was benched after he took the Eagles to 4 NFC championship games. Then when Kolb shyt the bed McNabb took them to another NFC Championship game. Then the first round of the playoffs the next year. How does the Eagles repay him....they trade him to washington. So that Kolb can be the starter.

Why hasn't the media or Jimmy Johnson called out Tannehill or Bradford? As soon as a winning black QB struggles there's a campaign to bench him. I doubt anyone will try to trade for him even though he could push the Eagles to East champs.

I think VD will play better for the Broncos. But man I'm so tired of people blaming VDs fall off on Kap. VD fell off because of injuries and loss of hunger. Its like the brotha just didn't give a fukk anymore and it started last season when he held out of camp. Dude just aint the same. I think Bruce Irvin or Cliff Avrill yes DE Cliff Avrill was running stride for stride with VD on one route during that Thursday night game a few weeks back.
In 2013 VD had probably his best season ever with Kap as his QB. IMO Its no coincidence that Kap started to regress when VD started to become less and less of a factor.

NFL always has had serious problems with blacks in leadership positions. But hey this the league that currently only has 5 black coaches and took till 1989 to hire its first black coach.....so let that marinate for a moment.
