Kaep looked fukking awful the few times I've seen him this year, like, raw, shouldn't be in the league bad. If he didn't have that spark in his past he'd have been benched after that abysmal 4 pick game where he looked like an outfielder coming in a 19 inning game to pitch for the fukkery.

Everyone throws that bad pick, but his mechanics, footwork, reads looked like amateur hour.

That being said, QBs have fallen off a fukking cliff this year in the league...word for @NYC Rebel.

edit: I see a lot of yall talking about this season. Kap was last season too but our defense and offense aroudn him was better. We have this same team last year and we go 4-6 or 6-10, hes trash

How? He is ineffective just like 99% of the option QB's. Yes the line is bad, but he has steady been regressing.
Only a dumb management would keep playing him when his contract is so friendly. If he gets hurt, they have to give him boat loads of guaranteed money. Niners aren't going to the playoffs, not worth risk to keep playing him.

Nope. Alex got multiple chances because the coaches wanted him. He also restructured his contract. Alex and Kaep are both bum option QBs. 49ers didn't learn after getting Smith. They draft another one.
