No Thread On Kaep Being Tossed In The Bushes?

I can tell who watches the games and who doesn't. First off no 49er fan was on board for getting rid of Jim Harbaugh. We were bad for going on 2 decades and were excited as a soon as he was hired. We knew Harbaugh was coaching well in spite of Trent Baalke, not because (at least with offensive moves). We had one of of the best O-Lines in the league, a borderline HOF RB and a serviceable receiving corps. We jettisoned all of it by alienating Harbaugh.

I find it real funny that cats in here want to big up Cam Newton and shyt in Kaep in the same sentence when Kaep is just as good if not better. Not saying Newton is bad but if you put him in San Fran he would wither and die over there. We have the worst O-Line in the league, the worst coaching staff, a young but extremely raw defense, we lost 2 probowl LBs in one offseason and our remaining one is a shell of him self after ripping up his knee. We lost a borderline DROY the too in Borland. Basically everyone from the Superbowl team save 4 or 5 players is gone. Whats worse, the coach is stubborn and clearly does not know what he is doing and remember our offensive coordinator is Geep Chryst, whose claim to fame is putting together the worst offense in Chargers history. How the fukk is Kaep or any other QB supposed to succeed in such a toxic environment. I hope he goes to another team and plays to his potential because I know if a Chip Kelly or even a Bruce Arians gets a hold of him, he could win a Super Bowl. Just not with the 49ers.

Cam has twice the TDs, twice less sacks... I mean you gotta be a fukkin idiot to think these stats are even close to similar.. 28 sacks compared to 13 is huge, that's 15 more loss of down and not counting the negative yards .. If you actually watch Kap play compared to Cam they aren't even in the same stratosphere as players. We have 1 maybe 2 super bowl rings recently if Cam is our QB instead of Kap

And still has the same rating and up until yesterday Kaeps was better.

secondly, this convo was about how qbs are treated when playing poorly....i've only been talking about this year with luck, cause luck has played poorly so far this year....so much so even his coach commented on it....so what does what he did in the past (which i havent ignored) have to do with this year?....nothing....

It's more of the type of QB in Kaep's and RG3 Case. Option QB's generally don't farewell in the NFL. Besides Cam and Donovan McNabb. Who else has been successful? The story of Kaep and RG3 is that they didn't have to read a Defense in college. You can't come to the NFL and succeed until your team is stacked and the defense is not used to your offense. 2012 was the year of the read option. RG3 and Kaep succeeded. Defense adjusted to it. Now when you try to run a pro form offense where they have read defenses. The result is poor.

The defenses haven't adjusted to it because it is still effective. Cam and Russ have success running it. THe problem is that Russ and Cam embraced who they are which a mobile QB and RG3 and Kap stopped. RG3 refused to run it and Kap just doesn't want to run anymore and it is what made it them successful

Yes they have. Compared to 2012 the amount is used is way way lower. It's more of a specialty play rather than apart of the offense like it was in the past. Russ was never an option QB btw. Option QB's and running QB's are not the same.
