These things do seem to come and go I could see why people wouldn't remember them. Like when there was a big push by the Native Americans to get the Cleveland Indians Chief Wahoo mascot image change. They were making headlines for awhile and the Indians were actually considering changing it, and then nothing (well sort of nothing, it's the unofficial mascot now whatever that means). It seems like these things jump from one racist logo/name to another just to stay relevant as a race/culture in the public eye. Outside of offensive names/mascots when do we ever talk about Native Americans?
