So what, Tax still has to sign off on the letter presented to the Judge. I'm sure the Judge that is presiding over the case knows about the public information. He doesn't need them to reiterate shyt he knows. So why did they present the letter? The letter was presented to give another version of the so-called facts an alternative to them and who did they call the bad guy?
