Ok Vinny needs to go.. but still we came out on some drunken haze shyt. Paul's name is being thrown around in MVP talks but he only has what 4 points? It already looks like DJ will disapear in the playoffs yet again and I'm hoping Chauncey is fully ready to go.

-its all good though, fukk it. It is what it is

Of course DJ will disappear, he fukkin sux. If he aint dunking or getting a block, he's useleas. I lose track of how many reba he drips or loses. And he's worat than Blake when the gm slows down.

But, I kust get tired of seeing Blake misused. I also dont think he's being challenged to take Js. He leaves way too many shots out there.

Man I know it's blasphemy and im wrong for saying what im about to say. But the Spurs should've at least shopped Manu around the league to see what they could've gotten back.

Dude just hasnt been himself all year and he always gets banged up and has to miss time too much recently

What would you have really gotten for him at age 36 and banged up though? If it's just a couple of throway players I'd say no. He didn't do anything in the regular season last year either but he stood tall in the playoffs. That's all I expect from him...to be the x-factor in the playoffs. I think he can still do it. Let him rest his old bones and play 20 mpg then come out :bustback: in the playoffs.

:obama: true that. Dont need him to be the old Manu all the time anymore I guess. Just need him to put on the cape during the playoffs

Yall should've gotten KG. He would've really helped your halfcourt offense. I guess he bleeds green though. Deandre is a bum.

Yeah, that's why I added the maybe, cause I feel the exact same way.

I'd also like to add, how good of a player has Danny Green become? I mean, he's obviously not a superstar or nothing like that, but Pop got him playing out of his mind. Sometimes I'll just watch him for a couple possessions, and he always seems to make the right play, whether on defense or offense.

Dude has come a long way.

Happy as hell for my dude. He does a little bit of everything, just like he did at UNC. He landed in the perfect situation with Pop in SA.

That '09 championship team...Lawson, Green, Psycho T, Ellington, Davis, Zeller....all making a nice living in the league :eat:

The Spurs #1 concern right now is how Tim Duncan's (PBUH) knee will hold up. We don't need prime Timmy but he's going to have to be able to exploit 1-on-1 coverage, hit some open j's and be a defensive presence in the lane.

We're looking good though. I don't think people realize they're top 10 in offense AND defense this year.

I wouldn't go as far as to say DeAndre's a bum, but LA probably isn't the best fit for him. I mean he's shown improvement in the post when he gets touches, but Griffin's basically taking 70% of his workload (due to the lack of contrast of styles between the two). It doesn't help that Vinny's his coach too.

He's gonna be a bum when teams go hack-a-Deandre in the playoffs.
