Yep; a lot of those ships will register in foreign countries/fly their flags because they can bribe the officials and not pay taxes, plus they don't have to abide by U.S. rules and regulations when sailing in international waters.

The ship caught fire and was left powerless. Been out there a couple days and today they were bringing it in to port and the towline snapped they stranded again

i cant even imagine the hell on that ship. im hearing there's feces everywhere. people are urinating all over. it stinks. no food. yeah miss me with all that sh1t. this is why i was never big on cruises.
