Man I don't know guys. Everytime since August I've tried no fap each month since then and fell off the wagon after about a week or so. It would be much easier I think if I was getting laid on the regular (atleast once a week) but I don't have a girlfriend and I'm somewhat introverted with absolutely zero social life so I don't see my relationship status changing any time soon, which makes not fapping seem pointless even though I know it's better off for me in the long run if I don't fap.
