1. A life goal that carries you through the year
-I'm trying to get my money right and succeed with my life's dream/passion. I'm a standup comic and writer, so I'm working hard on a web series, hitting the stage, writing books and trying to get staffed to write for TV
2. A woman
- Self explanatory. I got a wife, so I'm good. This is ramping up our sometimes slow sex life already.
3. A physical activity
- I do jiu jitsu, DDP yoga and weights. I hike every now and then and want to start back jogging.
4. A mental activity
- Get your reading up breh. A man who is knowledgable and filled with sexual energy is unfukkwitable. I also meditate. It helps immensely with focus, No Fap and everything else. It makes sex better too.
And of course you got the brehs
