Better not replace them with another old head. :ufdup:
She hasn't left the Senate (although I expect her to retire in 2022), she just won't be the chair/ranking member on the judiciary committee. Durbin, 76, is likely to replace her there and he's better than her across the board. Still, I'd prefer they shuffled things around and give it to Sen. Whitehouse.

It'd be great if they could get Nadler to do the same thing in the House though...
