Orton shouldn't have gotten two wellness violations. He proved he wasn't reliable enough for a push.

This was the last great segment he had before he left... was hoping it'd build to a match. They could probably still do it now, but Orton doesn't really do the 3rd generation thing anymore, and it'd take a lot of buildup for him as a heel after he turns.
