American Breh in Toronto here. It is not more culturally diverse here, it's only more pocketed.
There are buildings and POCKETS of minorities...areas with large amounts, but not whole cities, towns, and neighborhoods from house to block to everything...There is no equivalent to the southside of chicago here (black or hispanic parts)...Long Beach (Asian parts or black parts)...or anywhere in the states. This is cacland with sprinkles of south asia interspersed between different shades of whitefolk and other asians...a few black people here and there but moreso in certain parts. That ain't diverse. Diverse is when you hit a zone and all you see is brown. ALL.
