Any benefit of the doubt he was getting is out the window now.
Let's keep it real tho, 95% of this thread is dudes who hated Drake anyway, y'all were never giving Drake the benefit of the doubt with this whole situation. It's just funny that QM HIMSELF denies EVER ghostwriting for Drake yet y'all still believe QM is his ghostwriter...and that if Drake's ghostwriting was so well known throughout his entire career other people wouldn't come out & expose him, especially now while people actually care about this topic. Y'all geeked off a few lines...which happens ALL the time in hip hop
you sound like you got no sleep last night rationalizing drake using ghost writers.
Meek Mill recently said Drake doesn’t “write his own raps,” causingLupe Fiasco to write a note on Instagram about how some of the best raps are by ghostwriters — but Quentin Miller, who’s written with Drake before, wrote his own note Thursday clarifying that he is “not and never will be a ‘ghostwriter’ for Drake.”
“I’m proud to say we’ve collaborated,” he wrote in a post on his Tumblr. “But I could never take credit for anything other than the few songs we worked on together.”
Mill listed Miller’s name in a single tweet as part of his series of tweets about Drake, but Miller maintains that his relationship with Drake is collaborative. “I remember him Showing me the thank you notes in NY before the album dropped,” Miller wrote. “Showing me the QM, telling me they put me on the credits (Ghostwriter???) … He attached my name to something that touched the world.”
we got the reference tracks u fukking fakkit. You and that fukking lame needa get the fukk outta the game, paying for fame, but spitting another persons game aint hiphop and damn sure aint real.So innuendo, banter, rumors & unsubstantiated facts are what were going off of now? Pathetic

A lot of people (his camp, his fans) are acting like this entire ghostwriting/reference situation is a neat tidy package that goes away if he "defeats" Meek.
Which is why he's up to 3 diss records so far. This from a guy that said he'd never respond to beef.
This is also why I said I had zero interest in Meek vs Drake. It's all smoke and mirrors.
I would gladly trade Meek's entire career for one interview that grills Drake and his camp about this situation. Point out the reference tracks, QM not credited on "RICO", these quotes from 40, the inconsistencies with QM's statement, the numerous Tweets going back years accusing him of using ghostwriters, etc.
I don't even know who would conduct an interview like that, because the rap industry is so soft nowadays. I seriously doubt Drake would agree to an interview like that, anyway.
Fred.
we all know he contributed much more than a few bars but where do YOU draw the line exactlyCan you read dummy? QM denies EVER having ghostwritten for Drake. And yea I heard the reference tracks. He took a few bars. So what? You acting like he lifted the whole song and claimed it as his own. FOH minion![]()
