I find some of the abc family moments to be some of the worst parts of the show. The abortion situation, the potential dad sexual assault and that one annoying ass sarcastic interns reaction to it. Leave the preaching out of it

Ngl, they definitely do fall a little flat, tonally.

If there's one criticism I had, I think they leaned too much into the 'savior complex' of it all, rather than letting those situations speak for themselves, which would be a greater contrast to the nature of saving lives. I say this as someone who has no real experience or knowledge of what goes on in an emergency department, just speaking on how they feel jarring to the narrative.
