Noam Chomsky is economically illiterate

There is no such thing as "Libertarian Socialism" - to even be on this discussions shows an extreme lack of credibility

Not one lie was spoken in this statement IMO.
I don't doubt that he isn't lying but that's not the proper metric here. He is not likely to be maliciously sharing disinformation, but rather his perspective lacks the clarity that he would've needed to arrive at a better position. Which is ironically impressive because he obviously thought it out enough.

First of all the phrase "Libertarian Socialism" makes your lack of credibility self-evident. Still not talking lies, we're in the realm of intellect here (stay with me)

Socialist communities could exist within the confines of the freedom that is granted to the populace of a libertarian society. Because people, of free will, could come together and build a socialist community that they all agree upon - if they feel that's better for them. The thing is. that community would likely fail because socialism always fails. So the only solution for those that inherently hate freedom and individuality (and yet they won't off themselves) is to implement a socialist system by force - that is not a congruent position with libertarianism.

So next time you are complaining about members entrusted by the government doling out a daily dosage of excessive force, remember that it is you that wished to trade your freedom for some false sense of safety (Which is really just an expansion of the business that is centralized government power).

I've made my point conclusive enough to teach you something but if, for some reason you cling to a big inefficient, inept (and often corrupt) government and. you wish to debate please bring your professor.
