If that's the direction they gonna run with the black label shyt I'm all for it, and it doesn't take shyt away from the MCU, I think the contrast would be dope and would make both teams of creatives find some middle ground. As one of the few people that get along with both @Still FloW & @Bryan Danielson , I can see some truth in what OP is saying but it comes down to 2 things.

The DC fans are generally better liked & higher regarded as posters outside anything comic book related & Marvel is on top, so they're going to take the added abuse.


posters weren't around during the Jordan Bulls era, there were FAR more haters than fans but that's what happens when you're riding the tidal wave. People are sick of it & praying on your demise.

Haters ain't shyt but super dedicated fans though, that's REALLY what this shyt comes down to. Haters give more energy than "fans" do; hate/love is on the exact same wavelength. If people ignored it completely (like, say, the Sacramento Kings) then you'd have to be worried. So Marvel taking more hate is actually a positive for the Marvel stans.
