NOBODY wants to HANG OUT Anymore... Here's Why( 12 minute doc)

People used to hang out because you literally had to leave the house back in the day. Now people have more options. More options means people aren't going to just force themselves to be around people they don't like.

And it needs to be said that alot of people don't know how obnoxious they really are. Especially people that only communicate through arguing, yelling, and debating. I know people that think every conversation is supposed to be adversarial or like a competition.

For years, a lot of the extroverts and super outgoing people abused the fact that people basically HAD to be around them because there was no internet or streaming or online gaming etc...

TLDR: a lot of people lack self awareness and don't really know annoying they really are and blame it out social media fukking up socializing. People just have more options now than going to a bar or club to stand around.

To add to this every group had that one person who was the super annoying one but he was apart of the group and that’s the way it was but now you can filter out those people or just flat out ignore them so those outliers get left by the wayside.

There seems to be two segments of people
People who have limited friend groups and don't go anywhere
And people who are in the mix and packing all the restaurants, clubs, and lounges every weekend
Sometimes I feel like all the doom and gloom reports of Americans turning into Hikikomori is overblown and the result of an echo chamber of people online
GO OUTSIDE. There are tons of people hanging out together. I did it last night, it's not a myth

Well, those extroverts are often the MOST JUDGEMENTAL people that literally fukk with people that mind their own business in social areas. Clout demons they are all over the places and literally the ones that discourage people from stepping g outside of their box

People suck and Covid had nothing to do with it
People have always been flaky
Tired of reading that excuse
You know why people don’t hang
Hustle culture and this idea that if you work 100 hours a week
Somehow you will make it to millionaire status
You read that silly shyt on here
Stagnant wages, ain’t nobody got time when they just trying to make it week to week
Which leads back to hustle culture
nikkas and bytches are crazy, you go to crowded environments or even chill environments and you got to worry about unhinged muthafukkas that’s too scared to just kill themselves
Now they want to take out whole city blocks
The relationship between men and women is toast
Men can’t shoot their shot
And women have put prequalifiers on when men can shoot said shot
And even if he is respectful with it
It’s a 50/50 ball of the most humiliating rejection possibly happening
And this shyt was happening all before Covid
People are scared to say it with their chest
Society as a whole sucks donkey nuts and was trending that way as early as 2016
It’s over and been over
Just be with the ones you truly love and enjoy the time you have left

Social media and Covid ruined social interactions. I’ve noticed that people are a lot more grimy/less trustworthy, on edge/aggressive towards strangers compared to 10 years ago.

Can't really blame them. It's alot of swindlers out here.
