So if he stayed another year:

He wouldn't come back until Dec probably.

Would come back rusty as fukk

With 5 hungry freshmen stars leading the team

How was he gonna raise his stock?

:deadrose: at the guy being considered the #1 pick damn near since HS stock not being high enough

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
So why can't he stay until his Junior Year????

He went 6th in one of the weakest draft in the past decade. Obviously he's not that nice. If he can't handle competition from incoming freshman as you so vigorously allude too HOW THE fukk HE GONNA HANDLE NBA level competition?????

:mindblown: All I'm saying is IN MY OPINION, he's not ready physically, mentally or skill wise. Maybe he needs another year maybe he needs to. Throwing him to the wolves of the NBA at this point could potentially derail his career early. I COULD BE WRONG but its MY OPINION... There are 5 other teams that thought the same thing otherwise he would've been drafted 1st regardless.

Why wouldn't any athlete ever stay in school? Someone comes along and offers you $6-8 million/year for the next 3-4 years, you're going to turn it down?

"I MIGHT be better in 2-3 years assuming I DON'T get injured AGAIN." :rudy:

Yeah just like baseball players who turn down pro contracts to go to college every year. Or the college players who would go in the first round but decide to go back. You act like everyone goes pro after one year. Noel felt he was ready so he made his choice. If I was advising him I would've said wait. Shabazz Muhammad clearly failed at positioning himself in the top five but left anyway. I think that the media has overhyped and over covered high school sports so much that players believe their own hype. And you can't predict when you get injured.

What college players turn down going pro to go back...marcus smart is a rarity and just like most others who decide to go back to college he will likely hurt hia draft stock....nfl players better go early if they can because guess what if they are injury prone they are released. Baseball players go pro at damb near 17 to play in the minors what is your point.

fukk noel look like going back to college where would he had been picked if he tore his acl 2 seasons in a row?

Get paid or play for free?

He made the right choice

I do think all sports should have the 3 year after high school rule or you can go pro out of high school

I dont blame him one bit for leaving school.. but the notion that he was a top pick was mindblowing off the break...

He shouldnt have been top 12 for real. Gorgui Deng is further along than that nygga

the whole freshman class for Kentucky was trash.
