Go back to AT&T and pour jelly on yourself brehs
personally, I would use page plus.
if they had the right data plan.
out of all the phone services, page plus, was my favorite with a smart phone.

you can not get he at&t version and use it on tmobile.
as, it has the pr'd at&t 4g inhibitor on the Lumia 1520.
so, if you take it to tmobile.
it only allows 2g speed.
it has been pr'd finally by at&t.
after they denied it.
next tat&t need it ownnup to bombing phones, when upgrades come out.
or you leave their service.
at&t bombed my iPhone and my lumia 900.

Your wrong Breh. I have an unlocked lumia 1020 from ATT that I use without any problems on Tmobile, 4G and all. The Nokia 1520 art variant shares similar bands with the 1020. ATT phones will only work on tmobile once they are unlocked. To get them unlocked, I hear the best move is too have someone that has service with At to unlock it for you. At apparently refuses to unlock it's phones for non at customers.
even if you get it unlocked,..it still regulates it back to 2g.
look it up,.....
lemme find the link for you.
I been all over trying to find a domestic solution to this.
right now,..at&t has the 1520 on lock.
the 1020, does not have this chip, to regulate bandwidth like the att 1520 has.
at&t, is on beast mode to keep from losing customers to tmobile.
shyt if you had an old Samsung galaxy, as far back as to a galaxy ii.
you could have traded it for a 1520.

Well i go to a windows forum and I know quite a few people that use their unlocked att variant 1520s on T-Mobile with no issue. This is honestly the first time thatim hearing about such a chip, and ive been following this closely. I actually purchased the international variant Nokia 1520, but had to return it because it didn't have the compatible 4g bands that the att variant does. As long as 4G is pervasive in your area, you should be fine. Check the T-Mobile 4G website to get a better idea of how your areas coverage for 4G is.
AT&T.

What's the point of propping up a phone u can only get with one carrier.AT&T.
And why wouldn't Nokia want to compete with apple and samsung by making it available on every major carrier![]()

Great news! New, unlocked variant of Nokia 1520 (Nokia 1520.3) just released that supports ALL US LTE Bands (on Tmo and ATT), has built in qi charging AND 32 gb internal memory with expandability of up to 128gb of memory with a micro SD! The holy grail of Windows phones in my opinion.
Main drawback is cost though. $625 on Newegg...
