i would say..
1+ year, 1k+ posts, active, realistic, never see them bickering but speak their minds

take a look at @ShaneTheRogue or @Bless't or @Claudex
if any of them even want to fukk with it
there's lots of good posters, but those three seem to keep things balanced without pushing an agenda
i'm not a fan of polarizing or antagostic people in staff positions

Very true! At the same time it is ok to have polar opinions, but a good moderator knows when to be objective and use proper judgement void of emotions.
