I never this brotherhood thing though. For one that was cool l've met 2 that were shady or racist.

I can only speak on my experience. Black people, Puerto Ricans and Dominicans were close knit in my neighboorhood. I didn't even know some of them were Latino growing up until they spoke Spanish.
