If black Americans want to see our future with a Latino majority all we have to do is look at the greater Miami metropolitan area. Latinos run that metro area and blacks are marginalized and completely socioeconomically/politically disenfranchised. The same has happened in SoCal. Try getting a job in certain areas without being bilingual. Blacks are completely locked out of jobs for not speaking.

Because we live around each other and coexist in places like NYC, New Jersey, upstate New York, Connecticut, etc. I don't have a problem with them at all but at the same time I don't view them as being "allies" collectively, we have similarities but also differences. What I don't get is the idea that all Latinos (like Mexicans) are our allies, because there's not really any basis in that. And I noticed that it's mainly only black people who push that idea.

I hate when black folk think it is cool to stay at the bottom and chill with people that are cool being at the bottom. I've mainly had positive experiences with Hispanic people other then negative people who just happened to be Hispanic
Not that I don't know any racist ones, well I don't but I known one of my old highschool friends mother was racist but otherwise since I wasn't involved like my sister in gang bullshyt with racial tensions I never experienced it and even she had a lot of Hispanic friends.
I don't live in a big city so maybe that's it.
