Underwhelming, but it’s a start and we still have the conversation going.

This is due to all those who have spoken up, and not stood down when there were people that said it wasn’t possible or it would never happen. If it were up to those people, we wouldn’t have gotten anything.

Biden’s underwhelming black American plan, again, doesn’t even come to life it people wouldn’t have spoken up and listened to those who said demanding a black agenda was “anti-intellectual” or “never going to happen”

Gotta keep pushing, writing your representatives, attending community meetings, and just simply speaking about reparations to your folks. Also, it ain’t ever too late to get involved.
