anybody here know about those cathead biscuits? theyre buttermilk biscuits made by hand stuffed with cheese and theyre retardedly good. i ate like 30 of them in NC and i wish i could have some more

Where can i find this? Me and my fellow BBM’s trynna see something
raleigh and east of there really. all i know is theyre called cathead biscuits and theyre made with hoop cheese. seems to be a north carolina thing

recipes online seem doable. tempted to try it myself, if i can find the right cheese. you cant just use regular ass cheddar
