Whats going to be interesting is what comes of this if anything.
If state racism has no cost(which i dont think it does in NC) attached, then all the court has done is forced the NC legislatures to find a more crafty way to manipulate elections.
They can, they will. But their argument and the dissenting opinions view was that it will be difficult to remove the partisan from the racial in many districts.
