Its possible. Apparently a shipment of UF6 was intercepted going from NK to Libya a few years back before libya shut their program down.

Problem is that H-bombs are way harder to make....so...this is just a new chapter in the stand off.
until they develop a reliable delivery system i dont see them as a threat, only to themselves, south korea and japan
