This is what I'm thinking. Trump is the first true isolationist President we've had.

The speed at which this turnaround happened and the risk to Kim's empire don't make any sense. The only upside to all of this is if the US whole justification for being in the DMZ is gone so we have to leave. China and North Korea both want that and it's the only play that allow NK to keep it's abuse of it's citizens going without foreign eyes at the border. South Korea doesn't care about about reunifying. They just want peace from missiles. China keeps its buffer and no America military near is military buildup in the sea.


If Trump signs a deal with SK to leave, the next President is forced to follow it.
