Time to go!!
No shyt. DC might be better.
Try Trinidad out NE, if you're lucky you might could get a spot round 640 in Uptown. If all else fails, Simple City in SE got real affordable numbers.

Germantown and Gaithersburg are even further out though from DC than Woodbridge, what you mean? fukk that 270 commute
We eating good off that Federal Government teat.
If you can't eat good in DC there is something wrong with you.
I know people making $65,000 in inventory management.... jobs that only require a High School Diploma and usually pay $40,000 or less in other cities. I know blue collar workers making a pretty decent living out here and Capitol Police officers bringing in ~90k with overtime.
Breh, if you are black or love multi ethnic areas, the DMV is like the motherland inside the US.
Check this out about Prince Georges county. People really dont understand how amazing this area is

not true and I'd rather drive the 270 than the 495 any fukkn day
depends on what part of DC you're going to. I work in SW and that commute to Germantown is a hike. 495 is bad if you're commuting from MD to VA in the morning and VA to MD in the afternoon. Going from VA to DC/MD is nothing in the morning and the ride into VA isn't bad at all in the afternoon.
Yea, maybe you should come to my house and give me some top notch domeYea Richmond isn't bad at all.

Man when they build that casino at the harbor, they gonna move nikkas out that area so fast. There's some areas in SE DC that are being "revitalized"...or gentrified...that are in great locations and still decent prices. Anacostia(still amazes me that I see white people there) Naylor Rd, along Southern Ave, Oxon Hill (there's building an MGM casino here)... these are all black areas with a lot of real estate potential.
All the areas of VA that are close to DC are crazy expensive.
I always classified Northern VA as part of the Northeast, for me the South starts at Richmond. All the major cities in the Northeast except Philly and Baltimore has a high COL.I thought all of the south was cheap, why is North VA so expensive?
Y'all should just move to Georgia... Dem big booty southern women...![]()
