I think the first statement was written by people who don't have a full grasp of the English language, but it was interpreted correctly by the op, in the second statement they clarified their thoughts but the two statements say very different things. I don't really see how twitter can be blamed. If anything this is norway's fault.This shouldn't have to be explained after seeing both posts
