Not able to see listed smileys

Whenever i make a thread or make a post theres no drop down menu for the smileys... im on mobile, if that helps... anyone else having this.problem?.

The smiley button is in the interface right above the text box

Just hover over all the options (bold, italics, underline, etc) and you'll see it

click on your name at the top of the page to bring up the drop down menu
select "preferences"
check the box that says "Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages"

It was already checked off. What worked for me was using a different browser; firefox or dolphin.

i checked on my old broswer it didnt work breh. Prob has something to do with "flash".

javascript was probably disabled on whatever browser you were using.
