Not really, I love sluts and wish this was true but sadly many women are afraid to be slutty.
Could most women be freaks? I say sure, they could be with the right person.
Are all women sluts? No, because that insinuates that they are loose with who they act a freak with, and not all women are like that. Most people that make such overarching statements are trying to justify their behavior, imo. I've met plenty of freaks, but only a few actual sluts.

Being slutty for your husband is a thing. Even if it's once in a while when it does happen nothing is off limit = slutty.. maybe it's me but being slutty for your man doesn't equal being slutty for every single man you've ever dated ever.

my interpretation:
a woman can be every bit as freaky as a man. its up to that particular man to bring it out of her....
i think we all got that point....but i think....judging from how things tend to go around here, that her statement will be misinterpreted to mean all women are down for trains...being passed around....cheating...etc...
